I work with your engineers to improve handling bugs:

• Teams able to have responsibility for their bug triage queues
• Bugs going to the right teams
• Decisions on bugs (fix now, backlog, or wontfix) made quickly

I can update your tooling and onboarding so new hires can contribute faster as well as relieving developer pain points.

Backend Development and Maintenance

I migrate legacy codebases to run on current versions of language and libraries so you can retire technical and security debt.

I’ve planned and executed large database migrations without disrupting existing operations.

I’ve architected and redeveloped systems large and small.
